Why
Should I Convert My Commissions to Cash? You
are in business as an Independent Contractor. Your earned but unsettled commissions
are your "receivables." And like other businesses, you need to convert your
receivables to cash to operate and promote your business today.

What Can I Use The Cash For?
Paying your office expenses, operating your business, promoting your business,
attending seminars, paying estimated taxes on time, or simply managing your cash flow.
How Does It Work? The
day you ratify your contract, Commission Express will provide you with an easy to
complete Application that steps you through the process. Most of the documents we use
are already in your file. We provide you with the others. You then submit the
documents to Commission Express. Upon our review and approval of the documentation, we
can wire the money directly to your account or mail the check if you choose us to do
so - or if you are nearby you can simply come to our office and pick up the check. It's
just that simple! And remember, we underwrite the transaction, not the Agent.
How Soon Do I Get My Cash?
Usually within 2 days after we receive the completed documents. (Often
the same day)
The Cost?
• Commission Express buys your commission at a discount ranging from 8% to 15% on 1
to 90 day settlements.
• No up front cash required from you.
• Transactions are subject to a $249 minimum. (call for details)
• Commission Express is paid its fee (discount) from the commission upon settlement.
The Advance?
• You can receive up to 92% of the total commission, up to 82% (Advance) immediately
and the remaining 10% (Holdback) upon settlement.
What If Settlement Is
Delayed? Commission Express must be paid within 30 days of the settlement date
specified in your application or the transaction will be subject to additional
charges.
What If There Is No
Settlement? We buy your receivable with full recourse, meaning you personally
guarantee repayment of the account receivable and you must be ready to repurchase the
receivable from other resources should settlement not occur. Commission Express must
be paid in full as stipulated in the documentation or you will be charged an
additional fee (discount).
